A Sneak Preview - Strategy, Resource, Project Management -- Next week, I'm going to be on "semi-vacation," actually getting our Jersey Shore house ready to turn over to renters for the summer.
(By the way, we just had a cancellation, and therefore have an opening for the week of July 5th through the 12th. If you're interested in a week in family-friendly Ocean City, NJ, 2 1/2 blocks from the beach, in a house that sleeps six and is also walking distance to the Boardwalk, let me know via the "Contact" link below. Weekly rental is $1,500.)
As a result, I'm going to be away from my cable modem, which I suspect will crimp my weblogging style for the week. What I plan to work on in my spare time, however, is a multi-part series linking strategic, resource, and project management -- something that should be of interest to those living in a multi-project environment and wondering if effort at the micro level truly reflect the macro direction for the organization. As a sneak preview, here's a "graphic outline" of what I expect you'll see on these pages in a few weeks...
Comments or questions about this graphic will be appreciated and taken into consideration in the eventual text.
