Zen and the Art of Corporate Productivity -- In my regular rants regarding the wasteful practice of multi-tasking, I often find myself suggesting that people "Don't just do something. Sit there!" so that they don't waste time, energy and effort on make-work activity or allow themselves to be bounced from task to task willy-nilly.
