Enterprise/Multi Project Management and How to Make it Happen -- I'm putting the finishing touches on a 1/2/3-day seminar/workshop/course that starts with Enterprise PM and the PMO (Day 1), digs into details of Pipeline and Multi-Project Management (Day 2), and finishes up with how to implement these PM concepts in high-uncertainty environments like software, R&D, or product development (Day 3). Offered as a full 3-day course ($1,200), combinations of days 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 ($900), or stand-alone versions of day 1 or day 2 ($500) I'm shooting for an early December roll-out. If anyone is interested, let me know so I can decide whether to do it near those who are interested or just do it within shuttle distance of Newark Airport.
