This Focused Performance Weblog started life as a "business management blog" containing links and commentary related primarily to organizational effectiveness with a "Theory of Constraints" perspective, but is in the process of evolving towards primary content on interactive and mobile marketing. Think of it as about Focusing marketing messages for enhanced Performance. If you are on an archive page, current postings are found here.

Graphlogging -- Seb asks about "boxes-n-arrows graphing tools." I've probably mentioned this before. If I haven't, I should have. I strongly recommend Inspiration, a package that works equally well on Mac and Windows. The interface is so simple, it's spoiled me against things like Visio (Win) and OmniGraffle (Mac). Its primary market is schoolchildren; hence the nice straightforward interface.
Inspiration exports good-looking gif files as well as more complex sets of linked html pages (Seb, I forgot to mention that in my comment on your blog. All of the box and arrow graphics you've seen scattered around my blog and site were done with Inspiration. It works way more than "good enough" for me.
