Time is (Not Necessarily) Money -- Otherwise, somewhat less than the 61% of people offered their choice of the two would choose the former. Like the respondents in salary.com's survey, I too, have often found myself saying that my time is worth more than my money. After all, time is probably the only thing in the practical universe that is a pure constraint -- there's only so much of it and once you've decided to use it for one thing, it can't be used for another.
