...and that getting bogged down in the details too early in a project can be distracting and debilitating. When planning, it's better to work top down, with less details defined the further out in the project, since they'll probably change anyhow.
Once in the throes of the execution. you need to step back from the details every once in a while to get the big picture, the context, and an understanding of how your details fit together with others.
